KHC trade 04/13/2020

This post is a continuation of the $50 a month stock challenge I started October 14, 2019.  Click on, "No Commission Stock Trades", on the right side of the page to read from the start.

            $381.94 self-imposed April trading limit.
            2% of $381.94 = $7.64 April profit needed.

      On 02/13/2020 I bought 2 KHC @ $27.50 and today I sold 2KHC @ $28.50.

     $57.00..........sold 2 KHC @ $28.50
     $55.00.....bought 2 KHC @ $27.50
     $ 2.00 total profit

     $2.00 / $55.00 = 3.63% ROI

     I heald KHC (Kraft Heinz Company) for 2 months and collected $0.80 ($0.40 x 2 shares) dividend on March 27.

     While my profit ROI was less than 2% a month, it surpasses that mark when the dividend is included (dividend has already been recorded).

     Would I purchase KHC again?  Absolutely, it is a household name and I never lost confidence that it would recover.

    For me, investing is not about finding the "next greatest company", but about finding companies that I can make money with "over and over" and can sleep at night while holding them.
